- Why you are reaching out NOW
- Example: received funding
2. A problem statement: establishes credibility
- An assumption about their business problems
- Based on your experience with customers
- Example: growth pains due to data silos
3. A call to action: what should happen next
- A low friction invite to a conversation
- Also a validation of interest
- Add more value here!
