We simply targeted companies that all were very similar (employee count, industry, keywords on site etc.) Most importantly, we targeted companies with less than 15 employees, no sales people, and have been in business longer than 2 years.
We then sent a message with a clearly defined case study about how another company just like them has succeeded with the SaaS solution.
